Position Summary

A Department Specialized Associate, this Associate drives sales in a highly specialized part of our business. Product knowledge in this field is at a premium.

What you’ll do

• Customer service is a priority – moments take precedence over the task.
• Assist customers with the sale of goods, including providing product information, answering product questions, recommending products, and retrieving products from locked cabinets.
• Full completion of standard ‘floor’ associate type work, including deep zone, CAP/VizPick Process, PinPoint process, price changes, feature to home, and zoning.
• Setting and completion of modular.
• Promote charity events and promote Walmart Mastercard, Walmart Protection Plan, and OMNI extended aisle offering.
• Lead high‑complexity in‑store product launches, training and advising other areas of the store as necessary.
