Outworx is looking for Sales Agents for a leading International UK campaign.

This is a full-time, on-site UK Sales Advisor role located in Cape Town, CBD. You will be required to work as part of a team and individually to provide support to the relevant sales department clients to ensure conversion of new business, service of existing clients and retention of renewals to achieve and delivery company income targets (KPI’s) in accordance with company procedures and complaint and regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Complete the key task of “fact finding” to identify clients’ requirements and to provide the best level of product/service to fulfil their needs.


• Using the information gathered, determine which product/ services will be best suited for the customer's needs. 


• Discuss any “additional” needs or services to ensure that all requirements are satisfied.
