Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions for problems or inquiries. 
Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to supervisors as needed. 
Process customer orders, payments, and requests for service. 
Amenable to working onsite(office-based) 
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status 
Completed High school (old or new curriculum) 
Good to excellent in verbal, listening, and communication skills. 
with BPO experience is a plus but NOT required
