The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various customer service and administrative tasks, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining the quality of our services.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Customer Service: Answer incoming calls and respond to customers’ emails. Please handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to make sure it’s resolved.


2. Passenger Support: Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and alternatives.


3. Accident Response: Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
