Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling & Lead Engagement

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from internal lead databases.

• Present automotive services offers and vehicle options in a confident and professional manner.

• Understand client needs and offer relevant vehicle or service solutions.

• Book test drives service appointments or showroom visits.

• Maintain accurate logs of conversations outcomes and preferences in the CRM.
