JOB SCOPE
Responsible for enforcing internal controls and standard operating procedures. Complies with all regulatory reporting requirements and key controls. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Supervise and train Cage Cashiers and Senior Cage Cashiers who process various financial transactions for casino guests. Check Cashier transactions as per Cage policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, and company policies and procedures. Support the Cage Shift Manager in maintaining balanced banks within the Cage at the end of each shift, following departmental variance policies. Handle and resolve disputes. Recommend procedure changes for operational efficiency. Upkeep preventative maintenance on cage equipment and calls service as needed.
