**JOB OVERVIEW:**

Assist with preparation, cooking, transport, and service of food and beverage items in the employee cafeteria ensuring a high level of quality and consistency. Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the cafeteria and food prep areas that meet the state and local Health Board inspection and hotel requirements.
