As a CAD operator, you will be responsible for creating drawings for seismic isolation and vibration control devices, as well as related civil engineering structures. Specifically: ・Create drawings based on discussions with sales representatives and design engineers ・Drafting, modifying, and updating drawings using CAD software ・Verifying specifications and design requirements ・Supporting project progress through collaboration with internal team members ・Acquiring product and design knowledge (in-house training provided) * Even if candidates do not possess advanced specialized knowledge upon joining, the company can provide an environment where candidates can deepen their understanding of the work through in-house training on products and design. * In the future, career advancement to design engineer or sales roles is possible depending on the employees aspirations and aptitude.
