Road Ranger is looking for an experienced CAD Drafter.

This position is responsible for performing site layout design, building layout design, and graphic design for the construction of new travel centers and the renovation of existing travel centers throughout the Company’s network.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare site plans, building plans, equipment plans/details and elevations using AutoCAD LT, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat.


• Prepare bid packages for third party review and bidding process.
• Design and prepare sign layout packages and building/sign/canopy graphic layouts.
• Incorporate needs, ideas and concepts of numerous departments (e.g.
• Operations, Marketing, Construction, etc.), individuals, and government agencies in all design concepts.
• Perform field measurements (pre-construction and as-built) and incorporate/reflect field conditions in drawings.
