Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in a physically demanding job in sectors like construction, utilities, shipyard, or manufacturing. Experience with heavy materials handling or large cable/rope/hose handling is ideal.
Capable of strenuous labor over 12-hour shifts. Can repeatedly lift, carry, and maneuver items of ~50 lbs safely (e.g., coiled cable, connector pieces).
