Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing liquor & food products, managing suppliers, stock levels, and pricing. Collaborate with sales & logistics to ensure availability and profitability. Experience: 5 years buying/procurement experience with proven results. Technical Skills & Competencies: Supplier negotiation, pricing, stock planning, demand forecasting, product knowledge, cost control, relationship management, strong communication, analytical mindset. Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and ability to work in a team-driven, on-site environment.
