Operational Support
Support Butlers in delivering personalized and anticipatory service to guests.
Assist with packing and unpacking services by preparing required materials such as hangers, tissue paper, and other amenities.
Deliver guest amenities to arrival rooms in a timely and professional manner.
Pantry Management & Maintenance:
Ensure daily cleaning and maintenance of Butler pantries to the highest standards.
Restock pantries with tray mats, trays, cutlery, crockery, stationery, and other operating supplies (OS&E).
Monitor inventory levels and ensure readiness for service at all times.
Report any maintenance issues within Butler pantries promptly.
