Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist with menu planning and recipe development as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Butcher, preferably in a high-volume kitchen or restaurant setting
