Business Unit Manager, Instruments - MENA

At Stryker, we are driven to make healthcare better. We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Business Unit Manager, Instruments to lead the growth and commercial success of our MENA . Reporting directly to the Senior Business Unit Director, EEMEA, this role will be part of the MENA Leadership Team and will hold full P&L responsibility for the region.

The Business Unit Manager will define and execute the commercial strategy across MENA, build and develop high-performing teams, and strengthen customer partnerships to accelerate sustainable growth. This role requires a forward-thinking, visionary leader who can navigate a dynamic, multicultural environment while driving operational excellence and long-term business impact.
