Job Summary

The Business Unit Manager (BUM) HITS is responsible for the strategic, operational and financial leadership of the Healthcare IT Solutions business unit, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability and market leadership in alignment with Werfen's strategic priorities.

Through the management of a highly specialized, multidisciplinary team, the role leads the development, deployment and evolution of Werfen's Healthcare IT solutions, supporting the full digitalization of laboratory and hospital workflows and maximizing value for customers, stakeholders and the organization.

The role combines strong strategic vision, business acumen and people leadership, working closely with sales, service, contracting, logistics, global teams and external partners to drive innovation, customer satisfaction and long-term impact in the IVD and digital health ecosystem.
