Job Overview Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Business Unit Head to direct and control their business operations. A Business Unit Head is responsible for giving strategic guidance and direction for the company to achieve its financial vision, mission and long-term goals. The Business Unit Head reports directly to the Cluster Head.
Key Responsibilities
Business development including research and implementation of new initiatives to drive revenue, lower operating costs while maintaining quality products that are competitive, all while delivering excellent customer support.
Keep all relevant stakeholders informed of developments with company’s objectives.
Ensure employees move in the same strategic direction to achieve its mission.
Remain close to all stakeholders including the cluster heads, employees, clients, key decision makers and external service suppliers.
Manage resources, including attracting, hiring and retention of talent.
