Overview
The Associate Director of Business Transformation (BT) for Food and Agriculture (F&A) Industry will play an important role in building and growing our consulting services within the Food & Agri vertical. This role requires strong domain expertise, superior consulting skills, and a proven track record.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy
Grow and expand the Business Transformation Solutions practice for Food & Agri domain. This includes refining and executing a strategy/GTM POV.
Lead and mentor the junior consultants within the team.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the business transformation team.
Identify and assess emerging trends and technologies to drive service offerings and client solutions.
