The Business Systems and Intelligence Specialist understands the stem, processes, and impact to the projects and business objectives. He/She identifies business process improvements and ensures that the recommendation and developed solutions meet business net and requirements.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write concept papers for purposes of automation of processes while embedding policies and control.
- Conducts business process review and re-engineering (BPR) to simplify the process without sacrificing controls.
- Employs techniques such as CAATS- computer-assisted audit techniques in testing computerization processes, during the system development phase, during or before user acceptance testing (UAT) steps.
