Work with GDO, R&D and cross-functional stakeholders to collect functional requirements for clinical and operational system data transfers.
Work with the Business System Owner (BSO) for the system portfolio to share business priorities and requirements in project and agile product meetings.
Support clinical and operational systems BSO and change mangement functions by contributing to process development, training, and change management.
Responsibilities:
Document functional requirements for the system(s) in alignment with GDO/R&D business and strategic priorities.
Support the Business System Owner in the development of the overall clinical system roadmap.
Support system gap analyses for the enablement of new capabilities.
