Working in close partnership with People Effectiveness and Marketing, you will help deliver a seamless and consistent experience for staff, candidates, and clients. This role also oversees facilities, vendor management, readiness standards, and operational governance. The focus is not on executing front-line service tasks, but rather on setting standards, defining processes, and ensuring quality.
