Looking for a role where no two days are the same?

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support our team on the Ōtaki to North of Levin project.


This is a full-time, permanent role based in Wellington (with flexibility for part-time) offering plenty of variety. You’ll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, working closely with managers and teams across the business.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting managers and the wider team with day-to-day administration

  • Assisting with project coordination and admin tasks

  • Managing office resources, equipment, and supplies

  • Preparing documents, reports, and data entry

  • Handling scanning, filing, invoicing, and database updates

  • Identifying potential delays or bottlenecks and keeping things on track
