**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**
The Business Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing opportunity with existing B2B accounts and acquiring new business
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**
+ Develops meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
+ Follows up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
+ Understands and demonstrates a robust understanding of BPS products.
+ Obtains sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
+ Enters Orders and assist with customizing customer’s orders.
+ ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
**_EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:_**
+ Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree
+ Experience: 2-4 years of sales experience
**_KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:_**
+ Proven success in demonstrating strong listening and communication skills both written and verbally
+ Customer focused
+ Previous experience achieving sales targets
