Project Manager is responsible for delivering the project on time, on budget, within scope, and within agreed quality standards. The key responsibilities are: Manage the project to accomplish the goals, objectives, and success criteria identified and agreed to in the Project Charter
Understands and utilizes the DePICT®methodology and tools to manage the project life-cycle
Understands the customer's business needs and how the project relates to it
Leads the project team mentors individual project team members
Works with the project team to ensure there is a single integrated plan for the delivery of the project that is agreed, realistic and achievable
Identifies and allocates resources necessary to complete the project Clearly communicates project team roles and responsibilities
Manages and controls day-to-day aspects of the project including but not limited to the integrated project plan, resources, time, cost, scope and performance
