Job Description:The contract recruiter will participate in end-to-end recruiting for business units. The ideal candidate will have experience in volume, entry-level recruitment for financial services positions, experience attending campus and community recruiting events and having demonstrated experience with systems-based recruiting administration.
To fulfill this role, the successful candidate will:
- Partner with other members of the Talent Acquisition team and with hiring managers and other human resources partners as needed to identify, attract and hire best in class talent.
- Utilize targeted sourcing strategies, screening methods and selection tools to ensure consistent results and high quality hires.
