Develop training concept (approach, methodology, tools, training process) for implementing network of business processes in the functional organizations
Create, maintain and improve business process training materials
Organize and provide regular process training to the functional organizations on the execution of the business processes and support process documentation and improvement with special focus on integrating changes in based on feedback from the functional organization
Provide hands-on support to the Local/Regional Process Experts on the details of the defined and implemented business processes
Build network and facilitate collaboration among process stakeholders to promote harmonized BPM practices and knowledge sharing
