Lead and coordinate finance system transitions for the LU Finance Transformation Programme, ensuring smooth delivery, strong business readiness, and minimal disruption.
Responsibilities
- Developing and coordinating transition plans for finance system changes.
- Engaging stakeholders and supporting business readiness activities.
- Leading change communications, training, and knowledge transfer.
- Managing data migration, validation, and process improvements.
- Coordinating go‑live activities and supporting post‑implementation stabilisation.
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and user experience.
This 12‑month fixed term role is based at our Lincoln Campus and works 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE).
