Business Partner - Health Safety and Organisational Resilience

We are seeking a seasoned Health and Safety professional to partner with leadership in driving continuous improvement and building a robust safety culture across Kāinga Ora's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape safety culture, strengthen risk management, and drive continuous improvement through strategic partnership and data-led insights.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver strategic initiatives that enhance operational systems, reporting, and change management.
• Apply a risk-based approach to site compliance, support work programmes and ensure safe ways of working.

Location & Working Arrangements

Based in Wellington, Christchurch or the wider South Island region. This is a permanent role providing 5 weeks of annual leave and insurance benefits.
