The Business Optimisations Facilitator will collaborate closely with key departmental stakeholders to understand and map both the ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ processes across the organisation. This role focuses on documenting, analysing, and streamlining workflows, ensuring cross‑functional alignment, and preparing these processes for automation. The final output is a set of version‑controlled, standardised workflows that support organisational excellence and operational efficiency.
