Job Summary:


We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, vendor payments, client outstanding follow-ups, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth financial and operational processes.

  • Process and manage vendor invoices, payment schedules, and vendor reconciliations
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payment status, and documentation requirements
  • Track and monitor client outstanding payments and ensure timely follow-ups for collections
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve payment-related queries and discrepancies
  • Maintain accounts receivable and payable records
