You will be in contact with our internal sales teams, resellers in the Spanish region and serve as the first contact point with some of our vendors. Your role will help develop our business to be even more successful.
Your daily work as a Business Operations Support includes customer service mainly by email, quoting and order management (from quote to invoice), and various back office administrative tasks. You are also responsible for having an in-depth knowledge of the customers' portfolio of products, creating potential offers and assisting customers. You must actively follow your sales cases and orders until execution, working especially closely with colleagues in Spain.
