• 3+ years in operations, business operations, or a logistics/ops role - ideally at a startup, hardware company, or other fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
• Comfortable reading and reasoning about contracts; detail-oriented with terms, dates, and numbers.
• Hands-on experience with invoicing and basic finance/accounting workflows; familiarity with sales tax compliance is a strong plus (we can support you on the specialist pieces).
• Experience coordinating physical logistics, shipping, or inventory/warehouse operations.
