Europe Operations Manager – Data Centre Developer

Location: Finland, open to other European locations for the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Regional coordination and support the day-to-day running of European office operations
• Coordinate internal meetings, leadership visits, and regional activities
• Track actions and ensure follow-up across key stakeholders
• Act as the link between the European team and corporate functions (HQ) and ensure timely and accurate information flow across HR, finance, and compliance
• Maintain alignment with global processes and standards
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation; maintain HR records and support employee-related processes; work with central HR to ensure consistency across the region
