Small Firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support the overall efficiency of the firm. This role will start with a primary focus on office administration, with the opportunity to gradually take on bookkeeping responsibilities over time.
Responsibilities:
Administrative / Office Management
+ Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment
+ Serve as the main point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and visitors
+ Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for leadership and staff
+ Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and general office organization
+ Assist with project documentation, filing systems, and internal processes
