Within the Aladdin COO office, the Business Management team is responsible for driving operational discipline, financial rigor, and aligned transparency across our global footprint. The team ensures effective execution of core processes—including workforce planning, budget oversight, and governance—while also partnering with leadership to operationalize and scale strategic business priorities.
