Summary The Business Manager serves as the Chief of Health Administration Services (HAS). This position provides leadership over the major core business operations of the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System. The incumbent will provide direct staff support to top management and maintain expert knowledge of VHA policies in all matters involving essential programs. Responsibilities Major duties include but are not limited to: Synthesize information and guidance from a variety of sources to ensure compliance with program requirements and inform Medical Center Leadership. Develop strong relationships with Veteran Service Organizations, Department of Defense, and Community Providers to support and accelerate Veteran access to benefits, healthcare, and services. Identify requirements for funding, staffing, space, privacy, and technology to support the programs and delivery of services to Veterans.
