What You’ll Do - Own the DSA P&L — drive volumes, conversion rates, and revenue targets across the dealer sourcing channel
- Build and manage relationships with banking partners and dealers across the UAE
- Lead a team of 10–15 dealer relationship associates, including hiring, performance management, and incentive planning
