We are seeking a Business Logistics Coordinator to support our daily operations by managing inventory, procurement, logistics coordination, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Inventory & Stock Management - Monitor daily inventory levels for food ingredients, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) inventory practices.
- Coordinate stock replenishment to ensure uninterrupted restaurant operations.
Procurement & Supplier Coordination - Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with approved suppliers.
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
