Responsibilities:

• Identify, target and onboard clients from various industries through networking, cold calling, referrals and client visits.

• Conduct detailed needs analysis to match financial products to client needs.

• Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities and achieving monthly loan disbursal targets.

• Work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing and client satisfaction.

• Ensure all documentation, customer due diligence and KYC norms are followed as per regulatory and company guidelines.
