The role involves a flexible, 7‑day roster and a minimum of 45 hours of work each week.
Responsibilities
- Lead from the front, setting the tone for service and culture while ensuring smooth and profitable venue operations.
- Oversee rosters, payroll, and on‑shift initiatives to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure menu compliance, costings and strong product knowledge across the team.
- Actively manage Health & Safety by reinforcing safe work behaviours, reporting hazards and incidents, and ensuring compliance with host responsibility and licensing obligations.
