- Deliver performance analysis and provide data-driven perspectives in a timely and accurate manor with the aim to continuously optimize effectiveness
- Conceptualize, create and maintain business insights leading to improved local business strategies and decision making
- Coordinate and drive the Commercial Excellence preparation, training and execution of commercial programs and initiatives (segmentation & targeting, account specific action plans, etc.)
- Take part of commercial projects and business cases to drive critical decisions being involved from identifying challenges to developing solutions
- Support the yearly performance review processes (Annual Business Plan, target setting, etc.) and monthly performance review process (regional meetings, deep-dive analysis, etc.)
