+ Lead and build a strong Account ServicingTeam and galvanize, motivate & inspire them to define, design and deliver best class strategy and delivery
+ Ensure excellent customer service levels throughout Media PlanningTeam and all agency touch points
+ Able to translate and understand client’s business challenges, and create strategic experiential & integrated, (where applicable) media plans to solve or improve business performance, demonstrated through clearly defined and measurable results
