Lead and inspire a team of 4 phone-based sales executives Assign and manage campaign data to the team Conduct tests to boost conversion rates and implement actionable insights Monitor sales, analyse key metrics like conversion by person / channel and deliver daily performance reports to the Head of Inside Sales. Provide training, call auditing and coaching support to improve sales performance and seek the support of the L&S team where specific training needs are required. Motivate and inspire the team to keep team spirit and morale high and ensure we have an open and high performing sales culture. You’ll build strong relationships and product knowledge across the Alcumus Group to facilitate the identification of cross selling opportunities
