Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management & Sales:
  • Follow up on incoming leads and manage client enquiries.
  • Conduct site visits and client consultations.
  • Understand client requirements and provide professional advice.
  • Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and scope breakdowns.
  • Negotiate and close deals professionally.
• Estimation & Costing:
  • Perform cost estimates and quantity take-offs.
  • Calculate material and labour costs for renovation projects.
  • Ensure pricing aligns with company margin targets.
• Business Development:
  • Develop own client base through networking and referrals.
  • Identify and explore new renovation opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with repeat customers.
