- Drive sales performance by collaborating closely with distributors to achieve assigned targets. - Act as the main point of contact throughout the sales cycle, including product presentation, technical consultation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing. - Develop and execute marketing strategies together with distributors (e.g., seminars, exhibitions, digital campaigns, and other inbound activities). - Lead channel expansion initiatives, identifying and developing new distributors and business partners in overseas markets. - Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors, including performance tracking, training, and investment planning. - Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify new business opportunities across industries and territories. - Support new business development initiatives in collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.
