Responsible for supporting all aspects of Business Development for Sales including customer accounts, projects, and follow-ups—Foster collaboration between the Business Development team and sales force. Acts as a bridge between sales force and other departments. Ensures accuracy, consistency, and governance of customer accounts, project, and quote data within the CRM system.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Management
Support sales force in qualifying leads from multiple sources
Research & identify opportunities for follow-ups for the sales force.
Collaborate with sales team to identify and convert target accounts
Accurately track & document activities, interaction with leads, and the outcomes
Update backlog of leads, as needed.
Pipeline Management
Assist sales force by accurately creating & managing projects in CRM
