Position: Business Development Specialist
Work Location: Cebu IT Park, Cebu, Cebu City.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM. Work Set Up: Hybrid.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage prospective clients via cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate high-quality opportunities.
- Manage the sales funnel, from lead qualification to closing, utilizing CRM tools to track performance metrics.
- Provide administrative support to sales teams, including scheduling meetings, managing client databases, and preparing proposals, contracts, or presentations.
- Conduct competitor analysis, identify industry trends, and research new market opportunities for business growth.
- Build relationships with prospects, handle objections, and negotiate agreements to convert leads into active clients.
