Own and build the sales operations and channel operations infrastructure for FIBD from the ground up. This is a hands‑on 0–1 role focused on designing end‑to‑end workflows, establishing onboarding processes, creating SOPs, and driving cross‑functional execution.
What You Will Do
- Build from scratch: Design and implement sales operations workflows, frameworks, and governance for channel FIBD.
- Onboarding & processes: Define and manage onboarding workflows for channels, partners, and clients.
- Pipeline ownership: Own pipeline management end‑to‑end, including visibility, tracking, opportunity progression, and reporting.
- SOP & playbooks: Create SOPs, playbooks, templates, and operational tools to ensure consistent execution.
