The Business Development Officer is responsible for developing and managing strong client relationships, driving new business growth, and exceeding sales targets. S/he collaborates with the Sales Manager in creating business proposals and partnership agreements. S/he is also responsible for the management of and coordinating with accounts.
I. ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their needs.
- Oversee client onboarding and ensure a smooth integration of operations.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, merchandising, marketing) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitors and creates monthly reports pertaining to different accounts/channels.
