The Business Development Officer plays a critical enablement and governance function within STA, ensuring adviser readiness, accurate payments, effective onboarding, and the successful adoption of strategic digital tools. The role is responsible for maintaining strong working relationships across internal channels within Santam, Sanlam, and the Sanlam Tied Adviser network.
