Business Development Manager Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm

Responsibilities - Develop new business and industrial customers
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Grow sales in electronics, semiconductor, electroplating, and recycling industries
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Manage sales process from enquiry to closing
- Work with internal departments to support customers
- Lead business development team to achieve targets
- Monitor market and industry trends
- Ensure compliance with company procedures
Requirements - Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
